How We Located and Purchased the Bounder

Karen and I were looking on Market Place for a travel trailer or an RV. We looked for several days and then on July 1, 2025, we saw a Class A Motor Home in the local area and set up an appointment to see the 1999 Fleetwood Bounder. We were both impressed with the vehicle but concerned with driving such a big vehicle. The seller offered to take me out for a test drive.
July 3
The seller took me to an open lot just to get familiar with the controls of the Bounder. We then drove for ½ hour in the area. I felt very comfortable driving the Bounder, so we drove to our house in the park and picked up Karen for the return ride to the sellers home. After parking the Bounder we discussed the purchase. I felt we would need to have a tow vehicle to get around the area while the Bounder was parked. We did not want to have a tote for our Prius.
